As a lawyer in Chile and Brazil, and a solicitor in England and Wales, aformer executive of multinational companies (in Chile, Germany, and Brazil) and a member of boards, I bring a valuable combination of legal and corporate strategy experience.

Over the past two decades, I have led international transactions and negotiations in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, whether directing the expansion of Lan Chile (now Latam Airlines), closing EPC deals at MAN Ferrostaal, or driving global alliances and plant openings for Volkswagen AG.

My consulting approach focuses on integrity, governance, and intelligent, dynamic risk management. I design and implement “Governance + Integrity + Culture + Risk” action plans that create and protect organizations’ value and reputation.

I facilitate mediations between companies and within family businesses that help preserve relationships and face the future, discussing complex issues that create value for everyone involved. My career as a mediator is extensive. I am part of the list of mediators in several different chambers, highlighting the list of conciliators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID),of the World Bank.

I also teach Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Integrity in undergraduate and graduate programs, sharing practical tools that directly translate into a positive impact on future board members and advisors.
