As a lawyer in Chile and Brazil, and a solicitor in England and Wales, an executive at multinational companies, and a board member, I bring a valuable combination of legal and corporate strategy experience.

Over the past two decades, I have led international transactions and negotiations in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, whether directing the expansion of Lan Chile (now Latam Airlines), closing EPC agreements at MAN Ferrostaal, or promoting global alliances and the opening of Volkswagen plants.

I provide consulting services in corporate governance, integrity, and risk management, and support companies in their dialogue processes through mediation. In addition, I serve as a non-executive member of boards and advisory councils.
